Proposal: Take used bikes up to NYC #bikedc

Thinking out loud - would it make since to round up truck loads of used bikes from #bikedc, put them on a truck, and take them to NYC for distribution?  If there transportation system is facata and will be for some time - and they are realizing the viability of bicycles - then do we create a "Bikes for NYC and NJ" and haul them up?
